How fast will my order be shipped?

Our fulfillment center always ships all orders before 22:00 on working days in the Netherlands and before 21:00 for Belgium so that your order is delivered the next working day.

Can I return my order?

With us you can return your order free of charge for up to 14 days. We ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your account within 5 working days after receipt of the return.

The following items cannot be returned:
If the original packaging, product and accessories are not reusable due to opening/use, products cannot be returned. Take care of hygiene and safety! If this is not guaranteed, you cannot return the product. We refer here to article 8 paragraph 8 of the general terms and conditions of sale. Items whose seal has been opened will not be accepted as return for hygienic reasons. Products are therefore unusable. Opening these products is at the buyer's risk.
